In the Hamadan region, 1500 different villages specialize in creating these woven masterpieces. This rug owes its durability to the luxurious, yet rugged pile, hand-spun from the wool of hardy sheep raised at high mountain altitudes and cool climate. This intricately designed rug features a navy background, an olive border and accents in coral, pink, green, blue and camel.
