Magnificient trip to St. Kitts
Food!! I love to eat and I do have a high metabolism, so, envy me, it all comes right back out without an ounce of weight being gained!!
Well, let me tell you about this most memorable experience with this roti! Do you know what a roti is? It's like a big burrito!
I am from Guyana and I wish this restaurant was in Guyana close to me. Mind, it is Guyanese who owns this restaurant, but the food is excellent. It did not cross my mind to ask where the chef learnt to cook, but Indra's Roti House is a must to visit when visiting St. Kitts.
If you are looking for a seafood restaurant, Fisherman's Wharf is the very best for grilled foods.
Enjoy.
Favorite Sights: The outlook on the South Eastern Peninsula and the legendary Brimstone Hill Fortress - a photographer's delight.
Tasty Food: Tasty food? Need I repeat it? From Vegetarian roti to duck, chicken, pork, beef - OVER 3000 different variety to choose from.
Places to Stay: Marriot is a bit expensive, but the local hotels like OTI and Bird Rock Beach can be quite accommodating!
Nightlife: Oasis!! Bobsy's!! Oooooh, here wecome!
Memorable Experience: Indra's Roti House, located on and overlooking the main street in Basseterre, is a memorable one for me. The food is mouth watering and very inexpensive. And the rum punch is the best I've tasted in all of my travels. I promise.
